Update cognito-setup.yaml to enable multiple sensors creation #38

Non specific issue #

This change adds additional parameter SensorNumber, that allows users to create multiple DataGenerators using the same CloudFormation Stack.

Next change here will be adding SensorNumber to head in output page.
