Parser: Ignore extra fields in message

Description of changes:

• Ignore extra fields in message, fix types from tuples with String values to tuples with Any value
• Add tests to check that the feature works. Confirmed that the newly-added tests initially failed, and now pass.
• Remove duplicate section in the readme

Also tested iOS master -> JS test page viewer works
