Error in CONTRIBUTING file #26

Hi Omics Tools,

I noticed that https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-omics-tools/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md lists botocore3 as a package to pip install. There's no such package. I think you meant 'pip install botocore'.
