feat: support devnet amplifier #473

This PR supports devnet-amplifier env.

To run the web server, the NEXT_PUBLIC_NETWORK_ENV="devnet-amplifier" env needs to be set.

It also supports multiple token deployments from sui to evm chains in this pr as well.
