I had to embed conditionally compiled malicious behaviour inside honest code in order to test the type 7 fault. Anything marked with the comment // TODO hack type7 fault was done to facilitate testing type 7 fault. Even so, I did not write tests for the following crimes: R8FailType7MissingData, R8FailType7BadNonceSummand, R8FailType7MtaWcKeyshareSummandLhs
