Bug in Ukrainian virtual keyboard layout

1. Go to any localized version of Google's main page. E.g. google.com.ua
2. Change "Display Google tips and messages in" to "Ukrainian" in "Search
settings" and save this change.
3. After Google redirects you back, click the button for virtual keyboard
to show up.
4. Hit any "CAPS LOCK" you like.

Result:
The "ґ" letter still is in lower case, instead of becoming "Ґ". That's the
button right under "Carriage Return".
