Hi,

A virtual keyboard that’d enable people to enter ©, “left and right 
quotes” 
‘Apostrope’s m—dash n–dash ellipses… ™ «angle quotes» and similar 
characters 
would be great.

-- Or info on how I could create such a keyboard.
