Add jQuery UI JS components to CDN #490

eg.

jquery.ui.core.min.js
jquery.ui.dialog.min.js

etc.

The css is offered grouped into one file and as individual components.

So it makes sense to offer the js components as well. Otherwise you have no 
choice but to include jquery-ui-1.8.2.custom.min.js which is 203 KB before 
gzipping, when you may only want jquery.ui.position.js which is 4 KB.

Agree 100%.
That's the whole point of making the library available as separate components!
