Add excanvas to the Ajax Libraries API #511

It would be nice if excanvas was available in the API.

I see a lot of linking to 
http://explorercanvas.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/excanvas.js that just doesn't 
feel right.

Optimizations to avoid loading on browsers with Canvas support could be made 
configurable in google.load and conditional comments could be documented.
