can not swicher the keyboard API google in azerty #541

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.switch to azerty

The keyboard should switcher keyboard while he remains in querty
- Display-
- Mode button

my operating system is xp sp3, firefox 3.6.12
the keyboard is visible on this page
