GeoLocation Python API #567

Hi guys, I would request you to come up with a GeoLocation Python API.
Sometimes and for my particular case we want to run GeoLocation Service to get 
client location from my application and not from a browser using javascript. 
Thus would request you guys to please develop the API in python.
