[L10N][de] "PH_1 m (excellent GPS)" are cut.

Test Environment
Device: GT-I9100 (2.3.3)
OS: GINGERBREAD.XWKF3
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: German

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu → More → Settings → Recording
3.Tap on GPS accuracy

Expected Results:
"PH_1 m (excellent GPS)" are translated to shorten on one word or split two 
words if it is possible so that all strings are displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"PH_1 m (excellent GPS)" are translated too long so that the strings are cut.

The strings might be limited to 20 characters on one line. 
But the whole word will be wrapped to the 2nd line if there is not enough space 
for one word. The strings will be cut if the strings too long on the 2nd line 
because there is not the 3rd line.
