This PR brings in a Contact Us page that is tied to the API server that will send an email to our team email address. It also makes some small changes to the Signup page in order to abide by a new better standard of letting response messaging originate from the API server instead of the client. Minor various changes to the docker-compose-yml file and CSS styles.
