Filter distance map cell query endpoint by dataset

Modify the endpoint added in #855 to add filtering by dataset, and return datasets.

• Add optional query parameter for the supported datasets to return and limit map cell results accordingly
• Return the related dataset(s) as a property on each map cell in the results
