An audit of the NLCD raster by DA led us to conclude that there are too many points to ingest (which we were afraid of from the start). So instead, we're going to attempt to use airport locations and city places via the OurAirports and GeoNames databases.
Tentative limit of locations to ingest at this time is 15k combined between the datasets. Most of them will be in the US, Jess isn't concerned about having only a few hundred locations in EU for now.
