Rename Mapzen to Pelias #42

Due to the pending shutdown of Mapzen at the end of January 2017 :(

Since Mapzen search was backed by Pelias perhaps we should rename the existing Mapzen service to Pelias and require that it be provided a URL, to support non-Mapzen Pelias services?
