run some lint to detect unused code #11

Heya, that project looks great! And it is also cool that it uses choo. So, on the question. While looping over the codebase, I've seen a lot unused code/lines. So, that's the issue for.

For example views/top-bar on index.js#L9

edit: btw, i'm going to send a PR to choo to add link to this :)

Don't know. It's good choice, yea :) But it's up to you guys. I would love to contribute to this project when have time, but don't have it currently ;/
