Aowow cannot be installed. #19

Describe the bug and how to reproduce it I finished 1.2.3 according to the installation steps, and skipped 4.5. I don't quite understand the use of Run the initial setup from the CLI in the face of step 6. I hope someone can provide a detailed installation step.
