Unable to pickpocket outland demons

Noticed on CC https://github.com/chromiecraft/chromiecraft/issues/4807 confirmed on PTR and my local.

Current Behaviour

So far all of the Ga'narg, Felgaurd, Succubus, and Mo'arg demons all say No pockets to pick when attempting to pickpocket.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Should be able to pickpocket them.

Steps to reproduce the problem

.learn 1784 .learn 921 .go c 67193 go through the cave and try to pickpocket go anywhere else that you remember demons and try to pickpocket

Extra Notes

I haven't check all possible versions of these demons in outlands. but I suspect they are the same.

Apparently this is invalid, as the chaces are incredibly low. But they can be pickpocketed
