the flag should match the League of Arathor (Human faction) rather than the Defilers (Forsaken faction)

saw this near the portals in Shattrath earlier today, but every where else the flags match their respective factions.

Steps to reproduce the problem

if you go to Shattrath any time between now and Sun before 23:59 (ST) you should see that the flags are mismatched
