Current Behaviour Stationary.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour Should go to the wanted post and say

Warcaller Beersnout says: Aye, that'll do it! They'll come runnin' once they see the reward we've put up!

Steps to reproduce the problem Teleport to NPC ID 21775 and see if he turns to the Wanted Post and say his quote.

NOTE: I waited only 2 mins, but it is nonetheless bugged because he does that more frequently (LIKE the wanted POSTs in Nagrand btw!)

According to db this NPC has no text or script contributing it to passively state its quote. His positioning is also incorrect, appropriate coords would be 38.258907 53.89755 3520 positioned in front of the bounty board.

Warcaller doesn't move, should it? can't find a source saying he should or not. We needs sources and sniff for the data. he does talk as it's shown in the wowhead link above.

Nope! He does not indeed move, he just stands there right in front of the bounty board!
