Multiple mobs in north Ghostlands between the Eversong border and Tranquillien are fixed in place and not exhibiting normal wandering behavior for their mob type, even after resetting aggro.

Vast majority of enemies inside Skull Rock in Durotar are not wandering (makes them really easy to pickpocket :P ). https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=3197 https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=3198 https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=3204 There's also a rare mob that spawns in the cave (on/near the ledge overlooking the central room). Wasn't present while I was there, and I can't remember its name. It might need to be verified.

Shadowclaw GUID 37432 (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=2175) is missing patrol pattern, he is stationary in his spawn point.
Tester: confirmed, movementtype = 0.
Shadowlcaw should be patroling around the area north of Auberdine.

(I collected all 4 of them in 1 issue, instead of opening seperate for each - they don't have patrol routes, they should just be roaming around their spawn points)

Tester: as per usual, MovementType = 0 for all. As noted, these 4 don't seem to patrol, just wander randomly.
They should be roaming around their spawn point. Carnivous the Breaker should also spawn at random in one of the furlborg camps in Darkshore, and not always in the camp south of Auberdine.
