It drops 1 green+ item.

Tester: Kirtonos will drop 1 of 9 blues.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

It should drop 2 items. One solution would be to group up these items in a Reference Loot Table that triggers with 100% chance and triggers twice. In other words, max count 2 (not 1).

Tester: I agree that 2 items should be dropped. However, summing the 9 blues gives 164%, which suggests the remaining 36% would need to be padded out with various greens. This is supported by the 4th Youtube video below, which shows a Classic Kirtonos kill dropping a blue and a green. Thus simply taking the 9 blues, putting them in an RLT and setting MaxCount to 2 would result in too many blue item drops.

As for what those greens should be, there are 172 Wowhead-exclusive items that are not found on AC. Many are generic dungeon-wide boss loot like thorium lockboxes and gems and so forth, but there's a lot of items in sets like Arcane, Traveler's, Hero's, High Councilor's, Mighty, Mercurial, etc etc. So building an RLT, specifying the blue item drop chances as per Wowhead, and then adding a large number of these greens to pad out the remaining ~18% of the RLT and bring the total drop chance to 100% would be most Blizz-like.

Currently Loot table Matches up with UDB (Universale Database) that is established for loot based on verified sniffs and not wowhead or website database scrapes. In our table we have the following hits on the creature_loot_template:

Loot tables are concurrent and matching exactly to UDB.

Loot tables are not 100% drop on items with every kill regardless of rarity of creature type\boss type.

Someone raised a question about Kirtonos again so I looked it up. I found a video from 2011 (Scholomance only had an overhaul in MoP) that showed 2 blues being dropped as well, so this behaviour isn't limited to Classic.
