Publish Draft button not enabled after Upload Draft #132

Prior to the recent release, the Publish Draft button would reliably become enabled after uploading a draft. Something seems to have changed this behavior.

I now have to close and re-open a script in order to publish from the ISE addon.

thanks - this should be fixed now with the above check in. You should see it in the next official build. Closing for now.
