Improve flexibility spatial pattern #73

We can imporve the flexibility of the spatial pattern by letting the user set the vgm model instead of a value.

Can we implement edge effects for spatial patterns? E.g. only clusters in the middle?

the {mobsim} package implement some poisson cluster process for their community simulation. Maybe it is one option to create these edge efects. They are based on this paper
