Make the extension translatable on Crowndin #17

It would be valuable if the extension could be translated on Crowdin.

I'd like to add a German translation for the "Exclude this page for slug generation of subpages" label.

@dogawaf - I've submitted a patch that added the german locallang file, and it was merged. You could do that, too.
