Introduce SkillModeDescriptor helper class for sharing information between skill decorations
Add Ranger skill decorations: Barrage, Bonfire, Flame Trap, Frost Trap, Viper's Nest, Spike Trap
Move Sublime Conversion decoration from Druid to Ranger
Add Engineer skill decorations: Thunderclap, Function Gyro
Add MAMA Grenade Barrage decorations
Add name & icon override for 2nd Unleashed Overbearing Smash attack
~~Fix static position line decorations~~ (fixed on master)
