Changes proposed in this pull request:

changed structure (general info on PsPM courses, software, course material, lists of PsPM courses)
changed structure includes changes of headline styles (keeping SEO in mind)
updated links to video platform, twitter
added link to lab's LinkedIn page
updated the links for the embedded videos
added comment to acknowledge that one tutorial is not available (tutorial 1)
moved the last PsPM course to the list of past courses
