The menu item for the Tocbot settings could be improved:
The title is "Tocbot Configuration". Just "Tocbot" is better, in my opinion.
There is no description.
Tocbot appears in the Admin bar but not on the page admin/config/content.
The menu item has a weight. We don't need it.
On the settings page itself, the wording of the fieldset headings could be improved.
(If necessary, the wording of single settings should be a separate issue.)
