This PR adds:

The new hub75 rendering magic by @brainsmoke from PR https://github.com/badgeteam/ESP32-platform-firmware/pull/249
A complete fix of display artifacts by tweaking hub75 gpio drive strength instead of regulating Vled

Both only relate to Pixel Badge / CZ19, and should leave all other badges unchanged.
