/usr/local/bin/php /app/bin/cli.php aggregator:aggregate-manual app label YYYY-MM-DD should actually be: /usr/local/bin/php /app/bin/cli.php aggregator:aggregate-manual label app YYYY-MM-DD label goes first as it is a required argument
