Cover aspect ratio #110

Hi. It is not a big deal but will be better if use portrait cover instead of current landscape version for epub cover. Most of the ebook manager and ebook reader use that image in library(in portrait mod)

I don't know how to control that. I use pandoc to generate the epub.
