New Template (empty process) is needed for EPML models. #129

the current empty process is not readable for Oryx.

attachment should be replaced with the current blank EPML (template)

This is what is generated when creating a new epml process:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<ns2:epml xmlns:ns2="http://www.epml.de">
    <coordinates xOrigin="leftToRight" yOrigin="topToBottom"/>
