Hi, you need check your database path, firstly uniclust folder should be located in main folder by default, secondly filename "UniRef30_2021_06_cs219.ffdata" should be the same as that in the make_msa.sh file. on my system, its 2021_03.

Same problem, you need to check the database path and name in make_msa.sh.
