Just wondering if you think this is worth including or not. I quickly threw this together for users who might want a more consistent experience while using dusk on monitors with refresh rates higher than 60hz. I believe I've covered all the areas where this affect would be noticable.
The new value dpyHz can now be set in config.def.h/config.h.
