What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apt-get install ardesia
2. run ardesia
3. click on pencil and write to screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that pencil write on desktop, but nothing occours.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xubuntu 14.04.1 LTS _Trusty Tahr_ - Release i386 updated with apt-get update ;
apt-get upgrade

if i install ardesia_1.1-1_i386.deb the bug is present, if i install
ardesia_1.0-1_i386.deb the pencil works.
so i thing there is a bug introduced with 1.1-1 version that 1.0-1 don't have
(works perfectly).
there is needed to fix the bug or alternatively use 1.0-1 version for the
official xubuntu/ubuntu repository.
