Pluralization should be consistent in invoice itemization #1599

"Refunds" should be pluralized to be consistent with "Holds" and "Debit cards". I can't tell if the others are plural or not due to https://github.com/balanced/balanced-dashboard/issues/1593.

This is a result of an incorrect formatting (related to #1600).
