Added MIT License #20

A license is needed for us to use the project. Without one we are not allowed to use the project as stated in the github docs:

However, without a license, the default copyright laws apply, meaning that you retain all rights to your source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work. If you're creating an open source project, we strongly encourage you to include an open source license.

This PR adds an MIT license.

Thanks for your comment as this project based on (WeasyPrint)[https://github.com/Kozea/WeasyPrint] which has BSD-3-Clause License this project will be the same license of WeasyPrint

Thank you for the answer! Should I change the pull request to contain the BSD-3 license then so that the project explicitly contains a license?
