Hello, Is there anything new here? When can a solution be expected?
Best Regards, Gerhard
Hi @barthager
do you observe this behavior everywhere or only on some pages?
Best regards Markus
Hi Markus, this behavior is on all pages. Best Regards, Gerhard

Maybe this helps with the analysis.

Hi Gerhard
I assume you are running on the DC version of Confluence? If so, it might help to clean the plugin cache as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-clear-confluence-plugins-cache-297664846.html
There is still an open issue for DC support. We are still working on it and hope to be able to provide a fix with the upcoming release.
Best regards and sorry for the inconvenience Markus
Hi Markus, We are still on server version. I cleared the cache as instructed. However, the ticks are still not available. We also completed request #101. After importing the changed version, setting new signatures with ticks now works again without the 500 error coming up. However, the ticks from the signatures before the Confluence update to 8.2.1 are still missing. Even after clearing the cache again.
Is the app available for DC now? This page, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217404/digital-signature?hosting=server&tab=overview , only lists server.
Best Regards, Gerhard
Hi @Tiliavir - can you look at the PR #101? I suspect the app is overwriting the data when the 500 error occurs, which explains why some signatures are missing even after the patched version is deployed
Hi,
we have the same problem. Upgrade to Confluence version 8.3 Datacenter. Clearing the cache didn't improve anything. What is a fix? Re-signing doesn't work either.

This problem should be (finally) solved with 7.0.7. Please upgrade clean the plugin cache and restart Confluence.
Hello,
After updating Confluence to Version 8.2.1, the checkmarks that prove the signature are missing in the signature fields for the product releases. Apparently this applies to all projects. The signatures are essential information!
Can you please tell me how these can be displayed again?
digital-signature Version: 7.0.4
