How to reproduce

Sometimes the Player for Liveview dont start. Error: Player dont Works, Please reinstall Player. Code 2:2 Throubleshoting only for Windows aviable, not for Mac. On iDevices the Player runns normaly.

Actual results

I cant do something. Mac restart or Studio restart does not help.

I only have this version. The image always appears on the mobile Device (iphone), but not on the Mac BambuStudio.

yes i can try but only on a other older Mac.

Look, on my Mac M1 with 1.9.7.52 it doesn´t make a Picture. Connected via LAN. on my old Macbook with 1.9.0.70 it makes a Picture. Connected via WLAN.

According to the log, it is a -22005 error. It may be caused by network changes. Close Studio and try again.

Closing the studio and reopening it was my first action. Unfortunately without success. Please explain to me why it should be a network problem if one computer gets the data from the printer/cloud, the other doesn't. Mac M1 is connected to the LAN (and parallel WLAN) with 1000mbit and cable, but has no picture. My old Macbook with slower WiFi has a picture. Please explain to me, I just want to understand...

We judged the network problem through error code -22005. The text prompt on the interface is incorrect. Try using the same network connection method (WiFi).

I have the same issue on my Mac after updating to MacOS 15. I have deleted everything from Application Support and reinstalled BambuStudio and the network driver.

I can watch the video feed or access the SD card from my Mac. No issues with access through the mobile app.
