A privacy policy is missing #56

Where did you encounter the issue? All pages.

What is the problem?

Who Goes First needs a privacy policy. The app doesn't store any data server-side, but it does use Google Analytics, so we should inform our users of that.

How can I reproduce the problem?

Go to any page. Don't see a privacy policy link.

What should have happened?

Go to any page. See a privacy policy link.
