Added disconnect to the Settings page
Text on button updates to indicate disconnect and connect
Added an RFID status emitter to RFID-Porcessor
Added rfide status getter IPC
Removed rfid-utils.ts

Chores:

Improved corner cases for connects and disconnects
cleaned up RFID channel strings to be more standard
improved error handling
