keyboard switch issues #252

keyboard switch for another languages works when set up via ibus-settings or via right click and settings on keyboard icon in system tray.

it doesn't work if set via gnome control center.

also, switching keyboard via hot key doesn't seem working.

switching using mouse and keyboard icon in system tray works.

switching keyboard via hot key fixed in BBN Marine OS image 2022-10-13 and up.
