Pick Scan Results for specific date - Drop down to select ScanResults folder

Select tag is initially populated with a list of folders from the "_ScanResults" folder as established in #5 When the user selects a specific scan a second select tag becomes visible with all the scans from the selected folder to be selected for display in the grid
