Inherit items mark as Done #8

Scan A was run on 9/1/18 and some of the results marked as Ignore with a comment.

Scan B is run on 9/8/18. Since the defects that are being scanned for have not been remediated through a code change, they will need to be brought forward into Scan B from Scan A to avoid a duplication of work.

Wouldn't the feature described in #1 address this issue?
