Cannot add new projects (fails with "Broken pipe") #148

When trying to add a new project at http://homu.io/n/, I get the error

Database error: IoError(Error { repr: Os { code: 32, message: "Broken pipe" } })

This happens every time, regardless of which project I try and add.

Same happens for http://homu.io/l/

Is this being looked into, or is homu.io just broken for the foreseeable future?
