Deleting orginazation leaves orphan Relaysettings #65

When deleting an orginazation it leaves Relaysettings with the OrgId set to NULL.

But how do you receive them again? It just errors out with: "The outbound settings could not created, Try again" and I did ... same error.

I guess it's because of the orphan Relaysettings
