Feature Request: allow users to add own alias email addresses

currently a user logs into the mailcleaner using IMAP authentication

they can only see there own quarantine emails

the admin has to add an alias to there account for them, the customer cant add there own aliases

the customer should be allowed to add them themselves

maybe a verify email to prove you have the alias then its successfully added
