Unicode filename doesn't display properly in sshfs #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install dokan 0.6.0 and win-sshfs  0.0.1.5
2.mount the remote directory from Archlinux x86_64 host(default codepage is 
zh_CN.UTF8)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   All unicode characters(chinese characters) become garbled characters like ����

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs:0.0.1.5
Client OS:Windows 8.1 pro vl x64
Server OS:Archlinux x86_64
Ssh server:Openssh

Please provide any additional information below.

Forget about this issus....I have just found that my locale is somehow set to 
GBK instead of UTF-8...After changing back to UTF-8 everything is fine.
