Added Email and ThingSpeak #35

Added Email and ThingSpeak settings and 3 more MQTT options (All Messages, QOS and Retransmit) After a container restart Alerts, Web Server lose their config #31

I'm a little busy this next few days (Having a little vacation before I start my new job, and I'm currently painting my office space at home and as a result my desk and screens are all covered with plastic sheets at the moment...)

I expect I can make some time this week or else it'll be next weekend, but If you don't hear anything back from me, please don't get angry but send me a little reminder by replying to this thread :)

Todo for @fliphess: Add the new configuration items to the DOCS.md.

(I think I want to make the docs a bit more readable by adding all config items in a table rather than the current listing too)
